Dear Lou Dobbs,
Excellent series and a lot of people will be watching. With respect to
tonight's show and your guest, honorable USCIS director Eduardo Aguirre
please remind him that he immigrated to the US in the early 60's as part
of "Operation Pedro Pan", in which over 14,000 Cuban children were
brought to the U.S., under sponsorship of the Catholic Welfare Bureau.
Well, a lot of us did not come from Cuba. We came from about every
country in this planet to help this country maintain economical and
technological supremacy. Some of us are certainly in the best and
brightest that work in this country today. We stole no jobs from
anybody, as we are all approved from the Department of Labor with Labor
Certificates and we take no state or federal benefits but keep paying
our TAXES for years. Some of us have been doing this LEGALLY for over
ten years. This group of people like a lot of other groups feel betrayed
by the BACKLOGS in the USCIS applications processing.
How many people become US citizens every year? There is a tremendous
backlog in Naturalization applications.
Is the process easy? No. Take a look at the backlogs in processing
Employment-based applications for Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) or
Green Card as it is known. If people should wait for four to five years
for their GC to be processed, when are they be eligible for Citizenship?
The process is not inclusive and it is backlogged.
What are the benefits? A majority of immigrants are patriotic and want
to become citizens to FULLY participate in life in the US. They could
also be eligible to work in companies like DEFENSE and support the
Homeland better.
Please note that in the past your honorable guest avoided to answer
directly about the STATUS of immigration. Does he have the people, the
money, the mandate, to eliminate the BACKLOGS and do any reforms? What
about the SECURITY checks? When are ALL the DATABASES will be
consolidated?

I don't like this guy Lou Dobbs - a complete red neck. This guy is totally and all against H1Bs and L1 visas. He is against Indians coming here to the US for work and also against American jobs being outsoured to India.
I believe we need a petition to get him removed from CNN.
