I am DV lottery winner but I am J1 /help me!

I am J1 visa, I've been under this visa for 3 months, my visa said that the 2years home country return does not apply. I just got my visa on May 30 2005, sponsored by ECFMG but I won the DV lottery 2005 I have my interview on september what should I do in my interview day at the embassy.Am I elegible for residency?. how can I obtain my permanet residency??

OK, you have won DV2005, and you just now are asking questions about the upcoming interview??????????

what is ECFMG? is that a government organization? if yes, then you are subject to HRR, and you cannot get an immigrant visa. IF you are not a subject, then you are like everybody else, and have to bring all required documents to the interview.
