I've heard from some people that the green card lottery is "on the way out" and that theres only a few years left until they stop it completly. Is that true? I would hate if that did happen.
may or may not be. There was a bill to stop DV program early this year, but did not go through for this year's DV. But I feel trend is toward terminating DV.
