EAD at Houston INS

I got my Interim EAD from Houston INS office. I was there Oct 24 and they gave me an appt for OCT 26. She just checked my 1-765 receipt and made an appt. On 26th, went in around 7:00 AM for my 7:30 M appt. Got the card in 20 minutes.
Pretty easy for once..

What is RD on your EAD receipt ?

When did you apply for EAD and when did you get the receipts ?

Where to apply for EAD

But where should we apply for EAD normally. Could you give me the address. I got my 485 receipt notice.

Thanks.

Interim EAD

RD is July 24th 2001.

Normally you would apply to the INS Service center where your 485 is pending at

what catagory did you filed your I-485

Did you filed your I-485 in Employment based? It seemed to me for Dallas office they handle interim EAD filed to their office but not filed to TSC.

Employment based

It is Employment based. The 485 application was sent by the Attorney and I do not know the address to which it was sent. I wanted to apply for the EAD myself.

Thx

ssgr: you need to apply in your local INS office if the RD is more than 90 days.
