lost work between H1-B visa

I lost my job last week, my H1-B visa will be expired Sep/30/2007.

1. How long will I have time to find another job?

2. If this time is expired, how can I add more?

3. What must the second company do after hiring?

4. Can I find job in all the USA?

1) You need to find a job as soon as possible. There is no clear grace period, but it is said 30days(2 pay stubs) is OK.
2) Nothing you can do. Find a job as soon as you can.
3) they need to transfer your H1B before hiring.
4) It's better stick with your area, since LCA is based on your current location. If you change the location, DOL will review your LCA.
