Lost the H1 visa approval form

Lost the H1 visa approval form. Can not find it. Have H1 receipt. Please advice how to get H1 approval from INS. Waiting to submit I140.

----Don’t you have the copy? Your employer or lawyer may have the copy ask them. If you need duplicate H1 approval notice you have to fill up the form ( I forget the form#) and have to pay the fees to BCIS but they will take time. You should consult with your lawyer who is filing I-485 because you need to submit the latest I-94 and you have H1 filing receipt just punch the H1 filling receipt and take the print out from BCIS online status I think that can be accepted by BCIS as they can track from BCIS computer with receipt #. Discuss with your lawyer
