Lost Student I 94

I am ready to file I 130/I 485 package but I lost my student I 94 attached to passport.I recently took it out to make photo copies (which I have with me) for the package but somehow its misplaced.I have two other new I 94s from my two H1b approval notices (originals and photo copies)with me ..Do I have to file for form I 102 or is it ok to have a photo copy at the time of interview whenever it may be .. I have observed the I 94 numbers on all 3 of my I 94 is the same so it gives me some hope and saves me the 300 dollars for I 102.Anyone in similar situation ?Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
Are you a student now, or on H1B? If you are on H1B now don't worry about the old student I-94. The latest H1B I-94 is the relevant one now.
 
I on on h1b 3rd year never got a chance to go back home after my student visit.SO my new I 94 is what matters .. thats nice to hear. thank you for ur reply
