If it was never used and is now expired, why the concern to get a duplicate copy?
Bobsmyth - We are now planning to apply for her citizenship and she had one trip greater than 1 year. so wanted to submit the details.
So she reentered the US after trip over 1 year but didn't use the reentry permit? Was this during the statutory period? If so, it would mean she broke continuous residency.
