i need some advise i lost my passport with i-94 i am married to usc and i send my applications for i-485 and i-765 last month.. yesterday i got a letter from uscis requesting a copy of my i-94 or a copy of my visa page from the passport which i don't have it anymore i did go to consulate and got a new passport and i file a police report but now in the letters says that i need to send those copies within 87 days or my case will result in a denial... what can i do ? should i send a letter explaining what happen that i have lost it with the police report or what should i do ?

If you have paid attention to the filing instruction, you could have included a copy of the I-94 with your application. You will need to file for a replacement copy of your I-94, but in the interim, reply to the RFE with copies of police report indicating that it was lost with your passport.
