Lost Passport and I 94

:mad: Hello friends ..I badly need your help..I lost my passport and I 94. Do I need to get new passport from indian embassy first ..to apply for new I 94 or can I apply first for I 94 based on old passport information?

Can I apply for I 94 with my visa copy and lost passport copies? If I report US consulate back in india about lost passport will it be OK here for these people issuing new I 94 based on old passport information? Is there any correlation between lost passport and lost I 94?

First contact Local indian embassy, about loss of Passport first, then they will might advise or give you a duplicate passport....


Second step, they might also advise you about Visa .... what to do...( when you visit, you might have to take stamping again??)
