I submitted my application about a week ago and here is the message I got. I have tried calling them and no luck!!! Does anyone have a number I can reach them other than the call-center that repeats the email like a parrot?
Travisa Outsourcing has received your OCI application (#XXXXXXXXX), but we are unable to process your application due to missing requirements. Instructions are given below on exactly what you need to send Travisa Outsourcing so your application can be sent to the Consulate of India for approval.
