Lost My husbands I-130 approavel Notice

Hi Folks:I am about to becaome US citizen, and i had already applied for my husband's i-130 which was approaved 3 years ago, Unfortunatly i have lost the appraovel notice, any one have idea what to do( i have the case no. and if i check online it has the same information which was written on the appravel letter).

LUCYMO sounds right. There should be a way to get a duplicate copy from USCIS. Now what will the fees be like & the time you have to wait get the copy that's a different issue.
In the future the smart thing to do would be to make extra copies of such imp documents and keep it in a safe place.

Not sure if you even need approval notice....As long as you have reciept number, you can get that info from USCIS website. I suggest if it gets too costly then you could just send out the copy of USCIS page with I-130 approval info and reciept number. In any case, all USCIS cares is that I-130 is approved and they can reference it from their database...

Well, she may need a copy of her husband's approved I130 notice after she becomes USC and applies for his adjustment of status (I-485 with other documents). I applied for my wife's AOS after I became USC in Jan and I had include a copy of her I-130 approval's notice with the rest of the paperwork to Chicago lockbox.
