Lost indian passport

Applied as 2 person family for oci. My situation is received OCI 3 years and got indian passport cancelled.

Last month we moved to new home now i couldnt find my indian passport i have my spouse passport says cancelled stamp in the indian passport. i am 100% sure i got my indian passport cancelled.

what are my option.
 
Do you have a copy of Indian passport?
You need not worry about it now, since you already have OCI.
