Lost I-94, please help!

My wife re-enter US using her AP in May but lost her I-94 card later. Right now, we already have our FP1 done in Nov. and our I-140 got approved last year. we think we may not need the card any more so that we don't have to apply for a replacement. What do you think, any thought on this? Without the I-94 card will cause any problem downstream after we got our 485 approved?

Better apply for your lost I94 card with INS now, as when you get your 485 approved, they would ask for all I94's that you might have to surrender before your PP stamping.

Applying one and getting it just doesnt hurt.. It gives you a peace of mind during stamping and doesnt put you on odd spot in answering questions to the Immigration Officer.
