Lost I-94 from i-797

Still have copy of it.

Have original I-94 when entered US.

Do airlines accept copy of I-94?

Do I have to handover both the I-94s? i.e. original when entered and the one which came alongwith I-797?

Planning to travel in the next week.

What are the options?

Air lines don't check for which I-94 you are giving them. If you have one they will take it, even if you don't have one they will let you go (I am not sure about it). But in your case you have atleast one originial right, just give them thats about it. I did the same thing.. No problem at all.

I think you don't need to give the new one. Earlier one of my friends had two I-94s but he only gave the one that was used to enter into USA. He still has the other I-94 that was part of I-797.

I think you should be fine. Have a great trip.
