Hi,

I have lost my petition(I-129) for the H1B visa
that is valid on my passport. Right now I am in India, so, is it sufficient for me to enter the USA if some other organisation wants to send me ?

Also, if another organisation wants an H1B transfer, what needs to be done in this case.

Thank you,
Lateef

I understand that you are in a hurry. but the telegraphic langauge is little confusing...
If you have a visa in passport, why do you need I129?
What you mean some other organisation sends you? where?
If another org needs to do H1 transfer, then they need to do the h1 transfer!

lost I-129

Let me try once again :)

I have lost the I-129 petition form, which is required for the H1-B stamping. How do I apply for the new I-129 ?

thank you

I129 is the application one sends to BCIS in order to get the I797 approval. Your lawyer or company might have a copy. Since the original is with BCIS, you are supposed to submit the copy.
If nobody has the application copy, you can try calling BCIS and ask them to provide the copy. Call the national number.
