Lost H1 and F1 petitions

I recently lost an envelope containing old H1 I797 petition (original and re-validated H1) that was cancelled in 8/2000 and recent F1 petition.
I do have photocopy of these documents.

How can I get duplicate copies of these petitions from INS?
