Lost Green Card

Hello,
I have a situation here, my mom and sisters came to the US in February of this year and they got I-1551 stamped on their passports. And also they got their green card right after 15 days of entering in the United States. Now, the problem is they have lost their Green Cards but they still have a I-1551 stamp on their passports and they want to travel abroad. Would they be able to travel on their passport with the I-1551 stamp on it ? or in other words would they be able to re-enter the United states ?

Mohammad Shariff: did you file police complaint and get their report with you ?
If yes, try talking to USCIS Customer Service and ask them what to do.

This is extremely serious matter. I hope you are talking to your lawyer for his/her advice.
