Lost EAD cards in the mail-please help with your suggestions

Hi
I informed change of address after approving my EAD to INS by that time they already mailed them. I did not received them till now. Its been almost 3 weeks. I verified with Post office they are saying they would not hold mail. They will FWD or send back to INS. I called INS and they are saying they were not returned till now. My current EAD is expiring in one week. Please advice me what is my next step. I applied on my own.

1. Can I continue working ? I am on EAD status. My renewal also approved. but I did not received the notice and cards.

2. DO INS give the duplicate copy of Notice and cards?

3. By the way I heard INtrim EAD what is that?

Please help me!!

As for as I know, you can continue to work as your EAD has been approved. If needed, give a copy of your receipt notice and a printed copy of online approval message to your HR department.

You can apply for a duplicate approval notice and EAD card. Call an IIO or check with your Lawer for procedures.

Interim EAD is for those who applied for EAD 90 days before and did not get approved.
