Lost AP Letter Now What

What if I leave then deal with it while in Ukraine?

----------If you are on H1 status you can get Visa stamp and can enter with that visa stamp. if stamp gets denied then you will struck, better apply for AP

One more way would be( if this is a fresh approval) tell them you did not receive it. They will mail you another one.. sometimes you need to think out of the box

---------------they may not send new AP copy even if they send it will take 4-5 months. you are dealing with USCIS.better file new AP
