Hi
I am going to start by explaining the order of sequence. Well I have been approve for my citizenship and I was told it should go okay, but now the stage has been switched. What I did back when I was in college was register to vote even though I knew I was going to get rejected and I was trying to prove my theory(Bush, Keri ordeal). And it was proven correct. I did get the rejection letter in the mail about 2 years ago. Now in order to complete my citizenship to take my Oath. They want me to send them the rejection letter and application, which I can not find for dear life. I went to the cityhall and to the registrar of voters and they told me they do not keep acheives. I had them write me a letter saying they do not keep acheives of the rejection letter and that I am not a registered voter in my town's database. I have a feeling that the letter is not enough for USCIS. And I am wondering if I should just register again to get the rejection letter and application. Then I am thinking, they will ask me why I registered again and I am going to have a hard time explaining the situation. I was told to call my Congressman if the situation goes downward.
Lost and hopeless and seeking the light.
