I have I-551 stamp on Passport. While getting Passport stamped the offcer asked me where I intended to stay in US and I told him my present city because I still am here and hoped to be here. He made a note of it. But I just found that there will be another round of major cuts and I 'm sure that this time I am gone because there are only a handful of contractors left. So, can I move around freely and try to get work elsewhere in any state. Will it cause any problem with Plastic card processing ?
