Waiting for Interview Letter

I am waiting for interview call. I had visited Santa Ana office last week, and was told that they have received the file, and interview is not yet scheduled.

Have you received your interview letter yet. My case was transferred to LA in December 29th, 04 and I'm still waiting for mine.

No interview letter yet

I was notified by the automated system yesterday that my file has been transfered to the LA office and I live in Orange County???
The funny thing is that my I-140 has not been approved yet and I responded to a RFE regarding my AP on Jan 5th 2005. My I-140/I-485 RD is Oct 5th 2004. BTW, I have a DUI that I have disclosed with INS.
Anyone can talk about their interview experinces. How am I going to get my I-485 approved if my I-140 is not approved yet????
Do we have to have the original Birth Certificate for the interview???
