Looks like VSC is processing AUG'03 485 cases?

Another important data point is people filing Under EB1 (Outstanding Researcher).

The I-140 date for this category is still stuck around Dec 2002.

Therefore most of the EB1 category people who have filed I-1485 / I140 in 2003 are stuck for a long time.

I have not seen many Oct'03 cases, mine is also filed in Oct

my ND is OCT 2 nd 03

I don't think there is consistent pattern (whihc is nothing unusal) there was a case with ND dec 03 got approved too.

Looking at the recent approvals, VSC has gone past Aug 2003. Any thoughts...

Not exactly ... It looks like VSC is processing July-Sept at the same pace ... I mean the "June wave" has flattened in a "same level July-Sept (and maybe more) sea" growing at the same speed ... stay tune and check my post in the afternoon in the VSC sampling scanning
