Looks like TSC is working..after a long time

I wanted to give you all good news that I and my wife just got our I-140 and 485 approved.
EB2-RIR-concurrent filer
I-140--ND 5/20/03 Approval 10/8/04
I-485--ND 5/20/03 Approval 10/8/04; got approval notice in mail 10/15/04
2EADs
1AP
FP 8/15/03
no RFE
I had read several times in this forum that if you haven't received your approval past the published processing date, do not just sit and hope it will come one day! I had sent inquiry to TSC twice through lawyer, then sent one inquiry through employer and also contacted my local Senator and Congressman. I dont know if this was conincidence or not..but I got the approval the same day the senator's office contacted TSC. :)

By the way, how did you get your employer to inquiry TSC for you? by fax or by phone? what's the fax/phone number?
