hi guys,

as such there are not many approvals these days...but with the trend in last couple of days i am taking liberty to generalize that it looks like that more of EB2 cases are getting approvals than EB3 case are...

am i wrong?

rockville...seeing at your FP date...you should have been approved by now..u seem to be unlucky...well i am too...my fp1 was on 08/31 and then fp2 (i guess issued in error..i received it same day as FP1 completed) on 10/02/04...

my I-485 RD is July 8th 2003.....once Jan 1st comes...we will be in long long wait... unless USCIS interpretration of PD retrogress is different than ours...
