On November 12, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Is this a great news gyus?
I have been checking the online status everyday since it first got transferred to TSC on september and the status never changed since the last time I checked it when they received the RFI on october 27.
I was surprised to see it approved today and did not note any application not found message before it is approved.
I still don't believe it till I see the plastic card.
Anyway I got it and I wish all you gyus good luck and be patient because it will happen for you too.

Congratulations,As I said in my previous posts,Texas is doing very well and all 2002 transfered to texas will get approved very soon.After 2-3 days(Thursday-Friday) you're gonna get this message,This case has been approved.Approval Notice has been sent...This final message means your GC has been mailed.That means,next week Tuesday-Wednesday you're gonna get your Card.Enjoy your freedom and all you guys from Texas,be prepared for mass of approval.

How come I am still waiting??? :confused:
Looks like all the applications with RFI received on Oct 27 got (or are getting) approvals, they must be assigned to a kind-hearted and hardworking INS officer. God bless him/her. :)
My RFI was received on Oct 11, and no news at all.... :confused:

That is some great piece of news. Congratulations indeed. Yours gives hope to people who were transferred to TSC around the same time as you. You can now rest easy.

Did you re-submit your medical or just used the old one with original 485 ?
 
This great news. Congratulations!!!! But I have a question did you Lud has been changed recently before you get the aproval email? My ND is April 2002 and My lud chage on 10-06-05 after receive Bio 3 and RFIE
 
LUD changed only once since they received the RFI.
I submitted the medicals with the RFI not with the I-485 application.
I received BIO code 3 only.
