looking for sponsor form ?

My nephew's wife is coming from india . and i have to a send sponsors paper work.
Is there a form i need to fill out ? and if there is then which form i have to fill it out

She is coming from India on what basis? As a visitor? With an immigrant visa petitioned by your USC nephew? A student visa?

Please provide more background and context.

my nephew is us citizen . so she is coming here on marriage base ..

Your nephew will have to fill out I-864 regardless of whether or not he qualities as a sponsor. If his income isn't enough, you can fill out I-864 as a joint sponsor as well. Read the instructions for the form on uscis website.
