Looking for F2B to F1 cases(Family 1)

Congratulation Mockba 1999. On approval of your petition. You don't need to worry about visa number. It will be soon as now I saw INS is processing F1 catogary very fast. They are completing one month so you can predict when you'll have your visa.

Hi guys,
I just wanna to inform you all that my I-130 F2b case has been approved on May 11. But I know my priroty dates are not current so I need to wait untill they my visa available. Does anyone know what will happen in next. I know details but if someone wants to share his/her experince then I'll be appritiate.

Hi :) , my congratulation aliazmat76, it's always good to hear that someones petition has been approved. From my experiance I can tell you that after approval you should receive letter saying that your petition has been approved, then (if your prority date is current) you should receive choice of agent and other documents. I'm waiting for packet 3 right now so I can say that I'm in the middle of this whole process. Best regarts Evi
 
Hi and Congrats to all approved cases and I share your happiness! My case was also approved in the beggining of April. My children over 21 and the are in F2B category. My question do I need to be very happy or.... Because looking at the Visa Bulletin the are processing 1995! I did applied in 2003. So, that means I have to be waiting another 8 years to hear from them? Or something I may not understand? :confused:

What's up Guys? I hope everyone is doing okay. I wanted to give you guys an update on my case and brothers. My visa category is F2B and my brother's is F2A. The PD for our I-130 is March 29, 2004 and it was approved on June 21, 2005. We are waiting for a response from the National Visa Center.

just wanted to say hi to you guys and give you an update on my peptition, my petition was filled on 25th october 2002, and my category is F2B. however my case was approve on 5th july 2005, i wish everone here a good and successful immigration. bye

Already after interview

Hi everyone I haven't been here for a very long time but I'm back :). I wanted to let you all know that I'm already after my interview and I received my immigrant visa. Generally the whole process (from petition approval to interview) took 7 months. I whish you all good luck and I hope you will get your immigrant visas also very soon.

What's up Evi? I'm doing okay thanks for asking. On June 21, 2005 my I-130 was approved an it was send to the National Visa Center. It took USCIS one year and two moonths to approve my petition.

hi all, been a long time on this thread, just wanted to give an update on my case, i have been contacted by the NVC and also they sent me choice of agent form, but my priority date is october 2002 and the current date they are treating for F2B is jan 01 2002, well i hope all goes down well i cant wait, this wait is too long, i hope to get married at the end of this al, i have not got married cos of the petition.
