I am an Indian Woman, married with a 2 YEAR OLD SON AND 6 MONTHS PREGNANT now.
I am being tortured by my husband so horribily both physically and mentally every day.
I am working and got my Green card (gc thru my husband) and living in California, USA. My son is a us citizen.
I am looking for divorce so that way, I can get rid of from this torture and
can raise my KIDS well. I am planning to file here in USA.
I want to have my KIDS after divorce. I do not worry about money.
I am a software professional with master degree and 7 years experience.
I have self confidence & abilities to earn & raise my KIDS well. After divorce even if I dont
get any money ( we own a home & I am the coowner) thats okay.
All I care for is my KIDS. And I do not have any intention to marry again.
Please suggest me will there be any problems for me to get my KIDS after divorce.
Lets hope I get my KIDS. I want to live here for another 5 years and want to move back
to India. My marriage was in India. Suppose after I moved back to India if my husband
files a petition in India to get my KIDS, will law in India allow that? as I already got divorce in USA.
Please provide me any information that you have.
