Would somebody please explain why name checks take so long for certain few people only. My wife's supposedly got cleared in few days. Mine is pending since Mar 2005. MY 485 filed in Sep 2002. My FOIPA came back as saying "No records" found. Then why should it take so long.
If the FBI backlogs are really true, then nobody should be getting their 485 approved for years while I hear 2005 cases being approved.
Whats going on here...somebody please make sense out of this for me. I am goong crazy analyzing this torture.
