Retrogression is driven by DATES and number are only serves to upper limit. The number vary by category. So u must understand that Dates are important out here.... U cannot endlessly wait for the numbers to come out as they will not... Like, can U tell what are the actual number of Eb-2 guys who applied from China or number of guys in EB-3 who have cleared 140 and waiting for 485 adjucation.
