Long Wait Over !!! As per AVM

Hello friends ,
       My case, along with my wife\'s, has been approved on May 31 2001 and I happened to check AVM exactly at 0:00 hrs on 6/1/02 . Here are my details .....
PD = Mar 16 1998
RD = Jun 1 2001
ND = Jul 20 2001
EAD = Sep 2001
AD = May 31 2002
Category : India - EB3 from Michigan
No RFE\'s and could never contact IIO, but tried a number of times.
Now waiting for my approval letter in the mail. Hope to receive it before the end of this week.
   This is the first time I am writing any thing for the board. I had always been a silent spectator of all the discussion and I really appreciate all suggestions and coments of the board members. This has been a very useful site.
   I have already updated rupnet.com under the user name kumlal.

Got our Passports Stamped Today !!!!

Hello Everybody !!!!,
       I had my stamping done today at the Detroit INS office. It was a no hassle affair. Everything went off smoothly. Except that it too exactly 3 hrs to get out of the office finally. We (me and My wife) reached there at around 7:30AM and by 8:15AM we submitted out approval notices and took a token number. We waited for almost 2 hours before we were called. The officer was polite enough, she asked only for our photographs, EAD\'s, Parole visas. All these were clipped along with our approval letters. Then she took our right index finger prints and a signatures, after which she stamped our passports. Our I-94 cards were also taken away.
      All the best for all of those waiting and also to all of the other members of this board. Once again than you all very much for your comments and suggestions put up on the discussions.
