On December 15, 2006, we mailed you a notice that we had registered
this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any
instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed
within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later

THEN LUDS ON DEC 18 AND DEC 20 FOLLOWED BY THE FOLLOWING EMAIL:

On December 19, 2006, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.



NOTHING IN THE REGULAR MAIL YET

HOPE TO GET PHYSICAL GC/NOTICES SOON

o my god i cannot believe it

i got both the cards and the welcome notice in mail today


regarding name check

i did not do any thing

when i scheduled infopass, the lady said that they had cleared it in april ..so the lud in april was for name check

the lud in august was for preadjudication...they did not find any RFEs so basically at that point they were waiting for pd to be current

afte it became current i asked my congressman to follow up
he was very kind and he sent a letter and voila....approval within a week

OK_LA congratulations on your approbal, I saw another case that is almost similiar to mine received on July 26th, 2006, and notice date august 4th. and today he got approved, mine not even a LUD, nothing i feel desperate. Good luck for all of you. also i have been following this site www.immigrationwatch.com
