long pending I-140

I filed my I-140 on June 2002 (did concurrent filing). It has been 15 months passed. I did called BCIS and asked for an enquire, But I didn't get any feedback. Does any body know how to enquire about my I-140?
My attorney sent two written enquires about my case, still no reply from Texas INS or from BCIS.

I'm on the same situation.. even worst.. 18 months and counting. No answer from tx either...

No dave, I didn't contacted congressman. How can I do that? Is it ok to do that? Did you contacted about your case? Just couple of days back I requested BCIS to have 2nd enquire in to my case.
