Thanks, this forum has been of tremendous informational and emotional help throughout the process, I will definitely come back from time to time (already been addicted to it for so long :)).

I like the new GC pictures.
 
Can you let me know what supporting letter did INS need for your 485 REF?

I am waiting for my 485 approval now... (NIW)
 
For my RFE, in order to convince that I will be working in the same field, I basically asked my former and current employer to provide me the employment verification letter which states my position, job function (very important) and current salary. This shows the career progression I had in the same field, I also included several old recommendation letters that I used for my original NIW petition and pledged at the end of the cover letter that I would devote my entire life/soul to my "field of endeavor" (exact working in the RFE letter).
