I think you should not worry too much. Some service centers mistakenly denied I-485 cases even after 180 day passed. Your I-140 revocation status does not matter here unless your sponsoring employer revocked it before 180 days. You should file for MTR through murthy or some good lawyer and provide a letter from current employer about your job hiring date, title and salary.

I have stopped worrying only after I read AC21 memo on Murthy.com (discussed lately heavily on this forum).

I have some questions for you -

1. Will this MTR will trigger an event of assigning my file to an officer? In that case, it is just like having RFE and responding to it. I have seen that RFE replies got immediate approvals.

Or

2. Will they reinstate my I-485 instead of approving?
