Long distance call to India via cell phone

Hi All,

My appologies, since this is not imm related.

I would appreciate if someone could help me with how to make a long distance phone call to India using cell phone just like a land line at a cheap rate.

If any of you already are using it, please tell us about the carrier.

Get a prepaid phone card.. Rates vary, but are normally quite low for international calls to Europe, India, or any other destination.
 
You can also buy calling cards online (reliablecom.com, wqn.com, etc) and use their toll free # to access their lines using your cell phone. Offcourse you will be using your cell phone minutes.
 
OneSuite.com is the best. Though it is somewhat pricey compared to others, they don't have deceiving marketing strategies and you can get a history of the calls you made.
 
Try a1phonecard.com, they are very good. They have a card called "My India", you can buy in bulk from them like $90 for 500 minutes to India. The service, quality everything is good. I am using their phone card for the last two years no complains.

There is one other website called bigzoo.com which good but call quality is not like a1phonecard.
 
To Call from Cell Phone

There is a company called worldexchange.com, they provide the International and long distance service on your land line at a very good rate for India I think it was 0.24 cents per min, and also provide the same service to you on 2 additional Cell phones, they will provide you with the Toll free # and then you dial your landline # as your PIN.
