Lodging LCA Application at a diff office

Hi all,

I work for a company who has offices in both MD and MA. I am based off of MD and in my H1b it states MD. Now my question is that can I file my LCA from the MA office since the backlog for MA is less than MD?

R u asking about LCA or LC ?

As far as labor cert is concerned, yes you can apply from any branch office provided you work there (atleast on papers) for sometime after you get your green card ( or use AC21 to transfer application to original state)
