Location for stamp

Hi, the I-485 approval notice assign me to Downtown LA ins for passport stamping (room 1001). What is the better timing to go there?
Could I go to Santa Anna ins instead? What is the better timing to be there?
Any response will be appreciated.

Go to Santa Ana

Dear Friend,

Got to Santa Ana, it is coool there. I live in Northern California and I was
suppose to San Jose but went to Santa Ana. They agreed to stamp it. It
was couple of weeks back. I have seen numerous cases on the board
where folks have gone to Santa Ana instead of LA.

Go to Santa Ana you will definitely get it done there and there is no crowd
either.

goto Santa Ana. My approval mentioned LA office($15 miles ) but I drove from Burbank to Santa Ana ($55 miles) ..reach there by 9 am ..no problem..
