Hi Guyz,

If I change the location (relocate to another state) but stick on to the same GC sponsoring company will there be any problem?

I am very sure I dont need to invoke AC 21 in this case but just wanted to check with you people.

Also, if I am posting this question in the wrong forum please correct me....

Thanks.

It depends. If the LC covers "various unanticipated locations across the US" in addition to the primary area, then AC21 need not be invoked. If it doesn't, then a geographic change does fall under AC21.

Either way, you're fine.

I had the same experience. My lawyer told me file AC21, as my LC filed for the state where I was previously working for 4 years. My relocation was unanticipatted. It is better to send AC21 letter, as some peoples posted that cis is issuing RFE if your residance address and work locations are in two different places or states.
