Located in NSC area but want to file to VSC

I filed LCA and I-140 and all got approved in VSC where our HR is at (Virginia), although my work location is actually in Michigan within NSC Center. I want to file my I-485 to VSC, does any one know where INS will let me go for finger print and stamp, Michigan or Virginia?
