I misplaced my EAD card. I still have a valid H1. But what will the repurcussions of losing the EAD card?

Apply another EAD card.

I think you can re-apply another EAD card at your local INS.

What documents to send for reapplying EAD

Should one send anything other than the EAD application(I think one has to send an expired EAD when applying for a new one. In this case should I send a letter stating the situation)? Since I don\'t need it, I am wondering if I really have to reapply for it just because I had it and it got lost.
