****This is little strange to me so any help will be great*****

I filed for my citizenship in Seattle in March and got Interview date for Oct 22. During this time, I had to move to Houston TX, so I did all the required steps to get address changed
1. AR11 form
2. Called 1-800 number of USCIS and told them of address change
3. Did infopass with Houston to inform them again
4. Notified Seattle office to cancel my interview and transfer to Houston
I also received all notifications from Seattle and Houston office about change of address etc
Now my interview got re-scheduled again. Letter (which I received on my houston address) says to appear in Seattle but also mentions if you have any questions contact Houston office.

Now I m confused if this is OK process or some sort of mistake. I don't mind flying to Seattle for sake of getting over with this, so please advice....

A few years ago my I-485 application went through a lengthy process because as newlyweds we moved half a dozen times within two years. Our file went through three Service Centers (Nebraska, Texas and Vermont). The last time we moved while the application was still pending, I went in person to the DO in charge of my "old" home in Southeast Pennsylvania (Philadelphia DO) to tell them we were moving to NJ (which reports to the Newark DO) and ask about the status of my case since it already had been 27 months since filing. Believe it or not, although the DO knew that we were moving out of their District, they scheduled an Interview which took place a few weeks after.

What I would learn from this personal eperience is that a Federal organization (the INS back then) can decide of where they want to conduct I-485 interviews, even if it is at the "old" District Office. And if they decided under their duties and responsibilities to conduct an interview in Philadelphia (which was better for me than waiting for a few more months until the A-File would reach the Newark DO), who would I be to tell them otherwise?

I just do not know whether this applies to your case as the IO in Seattle may just tell you at your interview that the Seattle DO lacks jurisdiction over your case.

Thats what I m worried about. Going to Seattle is not a problem. What I m worried is IO telling me that they don't have jurisdiction
