listing travel dates? 5 yrs or 5 yrs + 3 months?

If I am applying 90 days before my 5 year anniversary - do I need to list travel dates going back just 5 years or 5 years + 90 days?

For example - my 5 year anniversary is December 30th 2009, I post my application 90 days before this date - approx. first week October. Do I go back 5 years from October or just from December?

Any advise appreciated!

List the 5 years of travel during statutory period (ie:the 5 years prior to the date you become eligible).

Sort of both. You are eligible to apply 90 days before your 5 year GC anniversary, but you are eligible to take the oath only upon completing the full 5 years.
