Hi All,
Thank you so much for provding inputs on our questions so far . My wife and I created this document checklist to make sure we include all the required documents. We are filing for her AOS as the spouse of a USC.
Please do go over the documents and give us your thoughts and suggestions. Your inputs on anything we may have missed would be very helpful.
We hope the document helps other on the forum looking to file soon .

UM-MBA,

Your document is fine, except on the fee for I-485, you were a victim of old forms from USCIS printing office. The fee used to be $315 excluding the biometic fee, but now is $325 plus $70 of the biometric fee. So, make a change on the document and reattach...

I hope that you wrote the correct amount for your submission, please ensure this to avoid unnecessary delay from USCIS for insufficient or wrong filling fee.
