List of RFE Waiters

Nope.. I still don\'t about the RFE

She said, RFE has been tsent for typing what I belive, in clerical department. She said it may take upto 3 weeks for my attorney to receive it and then only I\'ll come to know.
 
RFE for Dec 2000 case....

Here are my details:
RD: 12/19/2000
ND: 12/29/2000
Lawyer told me that RFE was sent to typing on Feb 11,2001. Yet to see the AVM updated. Waiting for RFE to receive. Don\'t know the RFE details. The IIO said, the Lawyer should get it in 15 to 30 days.

I received my RFE

I received my RFE today, asking for
1)Employment letter 2) 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 W-2s 3) past month pay stubs.

Mine was sent on the same day 2/12 as yours and hasn\'t got yet.

No, I didn\'t.

They are quite harsh on me, asking for all my employment history, staring from 1998. Fortunately, I\'m employed every single day.

I received my RFE on Feb. 19, 2002.
It was sent out from Vermont on Feb. 12 according to AVM.
