How long does it take to update AVM?

Hi,

I mailed RFE on 02/08/02 to INS. How long does INS takes to update AVM?

I\'m still waiting for my RFE

On Feb. 5, IIO said they are working on RFE,
Still didn\'t receive it, no update on AVM also.

yiwen, I also talked to IIO last week and they told me that
I also got RFE and she said it may take 1 week or 2 for the RFE to
reach. Keep posted if you got the RFE...

Hi,

My lawyer mailed using US Priority Mail and it reached INS on 1/31/2002. AVM was updated on 2/6/2002.

Hope this helps.

RFE issued for April case

Talked to IIO just now and she told that it will take 3 weeks for them to send the RFE to my attorney. I was hoping to get my case cleared after so many good news on this site but it looks like I need to be more patient. Any help regarding RFE will be appreciated.

AOS approved.

PD : 12.10.97 EB2 India Filed AOS in TSC on 11.29.99 File transferred to VSC on 09.08.2001, 2nd FP on 10.23.01 RFE for Emp. letter on 01.07.02 RFE recvd on 02.04.02 and APPROVED on 02.08.02. Going for PP stamp on 02.20.02 at Newark, NJ. Hope nobody has to go thru this. Nothing would have happened till now if I did not contact my Senator after two years of wait.
