I received a email yesterday From Jitesh from Rajiv khanna's office with memorandum and a retainer agreement which i had send today. Just wondering who else received it and had sent it to them.

I got it the first time that Rajiv called for volunteers, I signed it and sent it in. So that is probably the reason why I haven't received it this time.
I received similar email today from Jitesh at Rajiv Khanna's office with a retainer agreement to sign and send. Is that all that is required? There was a list of things for an affidavit like:
1.A copy of your I-485 receipt;
2.A copy of your I-140 approval notice;
3.A copy of your resume etc..
Is any of that needed? Or is it sufficient to just sign and fax the document back?

I did re'ved it and would send it today
I think I received it because I signed the "Petition in Support of I-485 Backlog Reduction" recently (like March 2004 I think around the time I signed up as a member on this forum). So if you sign the petition Rajiv Khanna's office might contact you I think.
Anyway I just faxed the signed retainer agreement with a cover note saying I'd be willing to provide all the details for an affidavit if necessary and gave my contact info.
Jitesh Malik's email also specified a conference call this morning to get potential plaintiffs in the I-485 litigation, I wanted to dial in but I had a conf call for work and couldn't make it.
Did anyone else participate? Please share info if you did.

The conf call today was a very generic one, with Rajiv outlining what was expected out of the people signing up to be plaintiffs. People asked questions about INS backlash which Rajiv answered. A couple of people verified if their cases met Rajiv's critera.
So you din't miss much. Oh and Rajiv would like to have the signed documents by tomorrow latest, so he can add the new plaintiffs, about 64 in number, to the lawsuit by Monday.
I would say get on it people, send your replies in ASAP. Rajiv likes to move fast on these issues.

yeh send them those ASAP , he said they had emailed out 63 and have only received 6 . So guys/gals act ASAP . we need this thing.
