My Interview date is on 16th Oct. at Dhaka US Embassy. The embassy sent me a Form where I have to declare all my previous passports and list of country travelled with dates. My first passport valid date is expired and it is with me now. The second passport was lost on june,2007 and then I took another passport against the lost passport, the third one. I had filed a GD in the police station for the lost passport.
i.Now shall I include my lost passport information in the Form?
ii. If include, then will this be a fact of negative suspection?
iii. Does US embassy verifiy Passport details by the Passport issuing authority?
With the lost passport I had visited a country. As I do'nt have the photocopy of the passport I could not remember the date of country visited. What shall I do in this case.
Please help me regarding the issue as earlier.
